Cake is a bye-product gotten from the processing of oil bearing seeds. They form a very important part of animal feeds. Depending on the type of feed that is been produced by the feed millers, cakes form an important component because they contain the required protein in the feeds of animals.
Trading in cakes is surely a viable business because it takes off the stress from the feed miller especially if the price effective compared to when they get it themselves. Also feeding constitutes over 70% of the cost of rearing animals and at such the market for the product is established.
